Site plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally included in this new document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the continuing congressional release.
